Chosen
What if the chosen ones are not chosen by 'God' but are the ones that have chosen, that have made a choice?
A choice between what? A choice between light and dark, between positive and negative, the forces that make up our reality here on Earth.
What is the difference between light and dark? Is there a difference between light and dark if they both stem from the same Source, and everything that is, is and can only be Source?
Light and dark are different states of being, of the same being, the same Source. So they are equal as a value. But what makes them different? What are their qualities?
Light is giving, light is revealing, it is bringing information. Dark is concealing, lacking/hiding information. Light gives itself, indiscriminately to all (think of the Sun), it serves all while darkness serves a few (the ones that serve it, worship it). Light brings together, darkness separates. Light equalizes all, darkness creates hierarchies.
In this world that we live in, we experience the oposing forces of the light and the dark. We see the good and the evil. We are presented with a choice. We are free to choose the light, the dark or not to choose at all.
When we choose the Light, we choose Love, we choose the greater good of all. This is known as being service to others, positively polarized. When we choose to be service to others, positively polarized, we choose to take responsibility for our words, thoughts and actions and the consequences that they have, how they affect us and everybody else. When we choose service to others we choose to be aware of how every word, thought and action affects the others and we choose that which is best for the greatest good of All.
When we choose the Dark, we choose the greater good of the self or of a group, also known as being service to self, negatively polarized.
When we choose to be service to others, we choose to stand for the Light, to support the light, to be(am) the light and to affirm our sovereignty. We choose the greatest good of all. We choose to Love all, to bring Light to all, to empower all. This is a choice that is ongoing, as each situation that arrises presents us with a new oportunity to choose.
When we choose the negative polarization, we choose to place ourselves above all, we choose to control others and disempower them and it all goes deeper and darker than I am willing to explore/expose here. As far as the dark side goes, I look at my own, at my shadow and how it affects me, how it influences me. When I see the dark things in this world and how they govern us, I see what part of me is projecting it and contribuing to it, and I bring the most love and light I possibly can to it at that moment.
When we do not make a choice, we do not choose our sovereignty, we are allowing the other forces to choose for us and to pull us in their direction. And that is when it all appears random, the meaning and purpose of life is unclear, and we feel helpless and powerless.
So standing in the Light and for the Light is standing for All, it is choosing the greatest good of all. I believe that this leads to healing. Healing ourselves and the world. I believe it leads to a transformation, of ourselves and the entire world around us. For how would the world be if we all chose to be kind and loving towards all and each choice we made was truly best for all? Perhaps that would be the promised land, the land we promise to create ourselves, through our continuous commitment to the greater good of all. Perhaps it is time to grow up as a human race and to start taking responsibility for each of our thoughts, words and actions and stop blaming each-other or God or some unkown factors for everything that happens to us or in the world we see around us. Perhaps it is time we start understanding we are all a big family and every time one of us is hurt, we all feel the pain, we all suffer. Perhaps it is time we stop waiting for others or other (God) to rescue us and it is time we realized we can rescue ourselves, if we choose to. For if we all are One and that One is the Source of All That Is, are we not Source? Are we not that One?
Healing does not mean closing our eyes and pretending or hoping that the darkness will go away for where can it go when there is nowhere but here, as all is One? And if it is here, why is it here if not to be seen, to be acknowledged, to be understood? As the part of the One that it is. The part of Source that is the source of your knowledge and wisdom acquired through your life experiences. For how can you choose when you do not know what you are choosing from? You must see all so you can make an informed choice. And experience, life experience here on Earth, is the greatest teacher.
What will you choose? Will you choose?
